A Healthy Way to Live
A healthy way to live is to be cheerful. I think everybody should be happy and have gratitude. Because what if every day nobody was happy or had gratitude. Look how miserable we would be.
We would not want that, so let's be happy and cheerful and have gratitude. Let's help each other out – like a friend, neighbor, family member, or an elderly person. Then you can be so happy and whoever you helped out will be happy too.
Another way to be healthy is to like yourself, to believe in your dreams, and to think about others. To have confidence in yourself is another way to be healthy.
The most important thing is to LOVE. Yes, to LOVE. It's so much fun. I hope you use one of these strategies.
