A Healthy Way to Live

A Healthy Way to Live

By: Dani

A healthy way to live is to be cheerful. I think everybody should be happy and have gratitude. Because what if every day nobody was happy or had gratitude. Look how miserable we would be.

We would not want that, so let's be happy and cheerful and have gratitude. Let's help each other out – like a friend, neighbor, family member, or an elderly person. Then you can be so happy and whoever you helped out will be happy too.

Another way to be healthy is to like yourself, to believe in your dreams, and to think about others. To have confidence in yourself is another way to be healthy.

The most important thing is to LOVE. Yes, to LOVE. It's so much fun. I hope you use one of these strategies.

Bye for now,

Have you been encouraged here today?

    Hi Dani,

You did a great job! I can tell this flowed right from you heart because it's one of your biggest passions, ever since you were 6 years old, to see that everyone is taken care of.

In every connection we either give life or draw life away from someone; there's no in between.

You have quite a gift of compassion, Dani-girl!

When you were a little girl, much younger than you are now, you sang a song and I recorded it. In fact, it's right here: http://danispeaks.com/home/ !!

Dani,  This is a wonderful website  I'm so glad your grandma told me how to find it.  I will be out of the country starting Friday, but when I come home I will come back here and see what you have written, and maybe I will tell you about my trip.  I am going to Nicaragua with 16 other members of my family.  It should be an adventure.  My wife will have her hands full taking care of me, but I have many friends there who will help.  We will all help each other the way you say we should.

    Your friend, Newell

      Thank you!

I’m looking forward to hearing about your trip. I hope you’re feeling better. I’m sick today too. I’ve got the flu, but I hope you have a great trip.

I can’t wait to hear about your trip and I hope you have a good time.
