A Gift Disguised

Sometimes Gifts Come Disquised

By: Dani

We did everything together. She always wanted whatever I had and she followed me around everywhere I went, even to the bathroom. She repeated every word I said and if anyone did something for me she got jealous. She used to hit me when she got mad.

I was the only one she could talk to about stuff. Her dad is a bad man who does bad things to her. He's really creepy. One day he came to our house and took her away.

I miss her. It's so quiet now. Sometimes you don't know what a gift you have until it's gone. Sometimes a gift comes disguised as someone who irritates you.

I would love to hear "Uppie!" right this minute, and it would be the longest hug ever! You are the BEST cousin she could ever have, Dani, and I love you so much, too. 🙂

      I will 😉

So sad. Did she ever get away from him? (Stopping by from FMF)

She's safe, right now… believing God for a permanent secure and loving place for her!

She's not only in a safe place, but the very BEST place for her and she's happy. It's a true miracle of hope and restoration.
